As Product Developer you will be working closely with the design team partnering with global factories to develop the Women’s RTW collection from initial concept through to production hand over.  The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience involving women’s soft separates working in a similar role for a contemporary or luxury Womenswear brand.


  • Partner closely with the Design team to develop the WRTW collection in line with brand aesthetic demonstrating product knowledge, ownership, quality and attention to detail.
  • Continually researching raw materials and trims, working with global mills and vendors.
  • Launching designs with suppliers from prototype make-up to production handover.
  • Attending prototype and sign off meetings demonstrating strong technical and construction knowledge.
  • Cost engineering of each product to achieve and maximize margin.
  • Build and maintain excellent vendor relationships with regular travel to visit factories.
  • Responsible for final product review with QA, Production and Designers.
  • Working with Merchandising on pricing strategy for each product category.
  • Update product information on PLM and SAP.
  • Ensure the development process adheres to the end to end Critical Path and key milestones.
  • BoM management.
  • Cost and margin analysis.
  • Negotiation of product costs with suppliers.
  • Capability of working with multiple projects & cross functional teams. 


  • Product Developer with at least 4 years’ experience in WRTW.
  • Expertise in developing multi-product women’s soft separates.
  • Solution orientated; problem solver, flexible and adaptable, resilient.
  • Strong communication skills; negotiator, influencer and collaborator building strong relationships.
  • Process and systems orientated, detailed, accurate and highly organized.
  • Strong time management skills working in high paced environment.
