As Personal & Press Assistant to the creative director, you will be responsible for diary management, personal and press correspondence, sample movement, travel arrangements and general, day to day business administration. This entry level role is ideally suited to a recent PR, Marketing or Luxury Goods fashion graduate. An informed understanding of global luxury fashion, (Runway and RTW) combined with superb organisation and people skills will be essential.


  • Manage the Creative Director’s diary and daily logistics, effectively balancing her day-to-day work with the wider demands of her role internally and externally.
  • First point of contact internally and externally to book any meetings, engagements and press events, ensuring the calendar is kept up to date at all times.
  • Communicate on a daily basis with Creative Director, ensuring that she is presented with an up to date schedule in the evening for the day ahead.
  • Organisation and coordination of all Creative Director travel and visa arrangements as well as those of senior management, if required.
  • Proactively prepare the Creative Director for all forthcoming meetings, ensuring she is briefed in advance and equipped with all relevant materials.
  • Perform ad hoc and personal tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contacts and press.
  • Maintain Fashion GPS sample management system.
  • Oversee and manage collection archive.
  • Deal with sample requests on a worldwide basis, liaising with external PR and sales team ensure requests are fulfilled where appropriate.
  • Assist with the organisation and management of catwalk shows.
  • Filter, manage and respond to incoming telephone calls and emails in a professional articulate manner responding on behalf of the Creative Director where required.
  • Collate the Creative Director’s professional expenses ensuring these are handed over to the Finance department at the end of each month.


  • Recent PR, Marketing or Luxury Goods fashion graduate with at least 1 year’s internship experience in a similar role.
  • Informed understanding of luxury fashion – Women’s Runway and RTW including global brand adjacencies.
  • Professional and presentable, upholding a positive representation of the brand at all times.
  • A calm demeanour and ability to react positively during stressful periods.
  • The ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion.
  • Confident character able to liaise with senior people both internally and externally.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Dedicated, hard-working and committed individual willing to invest long term.
  • Flexible to working out of office hours when required.
