The Head of PR & Marketing will be reporting to the CEO on the realisation of a curated vision encompassing Women’s RTW, bespoke and bridal collections. This is a rare opportunity to join a distinguished brand at an exciting time of transformation and growth and is an ideal opportunity for an experienced PR & Marketing Manager with in-house luxury brand expertise and a profound understanding of international luxury fashion. 


  • Lead and deliver the brand marketing and PR strategy through all channels of Marketing activity – Advertising, Campaign Imagery and Press.
  • Manage the overall communication and marketing strategy, and ensure cohesive implementation worldwide across all touchpoints.
  • Develop compelling marketing programmes, communication and PR strategies which support brand objectives in each respective market to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Pitch and secure features and product placements in top-tier print, digital and broadcast outlets.
  • Devise an inspirational and creative marketing approach to promoting the profile of the brand and build and manage relationships, both internally and externally with appropriate stakeholders, suppliers and third parties.
  • Oversee and initiate strategic partnerships, events and brand collaborations, taking full ownership of the brand narrative, acting as the brand guardian at all times.
  • Direct all internal and external communication initiatives, driving impactful and comprehensive media relations and PR programmes though effective agency management.
  • Manage and motivate the Press Office in the execution of the PR agency strategy.
  • Develop and nurture influencer relationships and maintain and build connections with journalists.
  • Support seasonal show planning, press and VIP events.
  • Manage and control all Press/Media events and budgets accordingly, approve and co-ordinate all press releases with the PR Agency.


  • Head of PR & Marketing with a minimum 6 years’ experience driving a curated vision for a luxury fashion house.
  • Exceptional knowledge of multi-channel luxury womenswear and a keen interest in Couture and RTW.
  • Well connected in the media world and with high level contacts and an intuitive grasp of the top tier luxury market.
  • Experience in driving original thinking in communicating the marketing and communications strategy.
  • Demonstrable ability to be proactive with a hands-on approach.
  • Dedicated, hard-working and committed, willing to invest long term.
