  • Overview

    Senior Sales Executive is responsible for managing sales for the Women’s Ready-to-Wear collection worldwide, generating new leads and opportunities to grow the business, ensuring sales increase in a profitable, sustainable and appropriate way. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated Women’s Ready to Wear sales professional with a track record in growing sales and sell through with international boutiques and department stores. This is an outstanding opportunity to join an established, successful and profitable business with ambitious plans to further develop as an international luxury brand. 

    Responsibilities

    • Propose and agree sales budgets, forecasts and targets.
    • Attend trade shows in UK and international market to promote the brand, gain new customers and develop business with existing customers.
    • Gather prospect customers from relevant territories and convert to active customer within agreed targets.
    • Ensure all customers sign up to and adhere to the company terms and conditions including payment, delivery and discount terms.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.
    • Develop strong relationships with existing stores, helping to ensure the growth of the mutual business.
    • Pinpoint new territories and develop strategy to expand into those new markets to grow sales internationally.
    • Work with the Sales Administrator to find and contact new stores, organise meetings and appointments.
    • Arrange the schedule of all sales appointments for the London, Paris and New York showrooms for all categories involving seasonal travel.
    • Ensure Zedonk is up to date with all orders, client information and deposit invoices.
    • Obtain weekly sell through information, collate data and work with customers to improve results.
    • Arrange and conduct staff and product training for stockists each season.
    • Connect brand social media with stockist’s social media.
    • Work alongside the Press offices to maximise the exposure of the brand in key regions.
    • Work with the PR team to organise Runway shows, create the seating plan for buyers, create and distribute the invites for buyers.
    • Run monthly seasonal reports to give feedback on sales data, evaluating competitive products and making appropriate suggestions on price points and suggesting any changes or recommendations.
    • Manage the Sales budget and provide weekly updates to the Sales Director.

    Qualifications

    • Sales Executive with 2-5 years’ B2B experience in luxury wholesale for Women’s Ready-to-Wear.
    • International market experience.
    • Ideally fluent in at least one European language.
    • Previous experience selling at Fashion Week and international trade shows.
    • Experience working to a seasonal sales budget.
    • Well-presented with a professional attitude and appearance.
    • Highly organised and skilled in multi-tasking.
    • Tenacious with an enthusiastic drive for success.
    • Excellent knowledge of Women’s RTW and the luxury global market.
    • Strong interpersonal skills liaising diplomatically at all levels.
