    We are a boutique agency specialising in contemporary and luxury fashion. No two days are the same. This multi-faceted role interacts with global candidates; sourcing, scheduling and following up on calls and meetings. We are looking for someone energetic and proactive, who enjoys building relationships, is highly organised and on the ball when it comes to written communication and prioritisation of workload. The role offers a chance to build a career in recruitment and indulge a love of fashion gaining a unique insight into the hiring requirements of contemporary and luxury fashion brands in an evolving industry.


    • Sourcing candidates using job boards, social media and other innovative sourcing methods; contact/screen potential candidates, request relevant information keeping spreadsheets/trackers updated and stored centrally.
    • Ensure candidate, job and client information on the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) is kept up to date at all times.
    • Qualifying candidates, ascertaining relevant information and presenting to the business. 
    • Managing the advertising of vacancies and pipelines. 
    • Networking within a competitive market to attain and attract the best candidates.
    • Arranging and confirming interviews with candidates and hiring managers ensuring both have all supporting documentation for interviews and that candidates are fully prepped.
    • Talent mapping and benchmarking, ensuring alignment in the market place.
    • Liaising with clients to keep up to date on the progress of vacancies.
    • Pipeline suitable talent for future needs to ensure a quality talent pool exists.
    • Liaise with Social Media Coordinator ensuring a joined-up strategy for communication.
    • Keeping up to date with fashion industry news, trends and changes.
    • Attending and participating in industry events.
    • Supporting the delivery of projects as required.
    • Providing ad-hoc support to other team members in line with business priorities.


    • The successful candidate will be a charismatic, self-starter who is likely to have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • Great communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to speak to people from all backgrounds.
    • Flexible attitude, highly organised able to manage and prioritise a demanding workload.
    • Be familiar with the use of job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking and headhunting techniques.
    • Creative with the ability to think outside the box.
    • Desire to develop into a recruitment consultant.
