Project Manager

As one of five Project Managers, you will be responsible for managing and successfully delivering multiple interior design projects from concept to implementation involving procurement, client liaison and supplier management for this luxury interior design specialist. An eye for detail, head for numbers, excellent organisation and written and verbal communication skills are essential along with, plenty of initiative and an aptitude for accuracy and efficiency. This role will ideally suit a degree graduate from a merchandising or buying background with a passion for luxury interiors inspired to work in beautiful surroundings.

• Create and manage multiple project budgets in line with client expectations.
• Coordinate procurement from quotation through to invoice stage and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and contacts throughout the UK  and Europe.
• Create design schedules and specifications in conjunction with the design team of twelve.
• Create and manage delivery schedules and installations.
• Presenting to clients in conjunction with the design team.
• Management of small to largescale budgets including invoice approvals, liaising with finance.
• Improve and develop systems.
• Deliver regular analysis to review current performance whilst also determining strategy for improvements.

• Degree graduate (2:1 or above) in Merchandising, Buying, Product Management or a relevant subject.
• Minimum of 2-3 years industry experience in merchandising ideally or buying.
• Highly numerate with the ability to manage large budgets.
