The Assistant Flagship Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the running of a two-floor store (2,000 ft²), for a highly coveted contemporary luxury womenswear brand who are opening their first retail store in Mayfair. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Store Manager for a luxury or contemporary brand, assisting the Store Manager in the day to day running of the store and in maximising sales opportunities demonstrating first class clienteling skills, a strong fashion instinct and flair for styling.

As Freelance Senior Product Developer and a true soft separates specialist you will be responsible for up to two direct reports working closely with the design team in the execution of all soft woven development samples including formal and casual styles from inception to production handover ensuring they align with the creative vision and brand DNA and commercial objectives for fit, margin, price and delivery. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in product development and a strength in soft wovens with the ability to manage a high volume of styles. Luxury or premium brand experience is desirable.
As Garment Technologist you will be responsible for managing the day to day technical requirements of samples in line with the critical path working across women’s multi-product casualwear, soft separates, denim and outerwear liaising daily with the design team, sample room, buying hubs, customers and factories in Vietnam, Indonesia and Bangladesh to ensure development samples meet quality, style and fit expectations. Customers include: ASOS, ASDA, M&S and Tesco.
An exciting opportunity for a Creative Gerber Pattern Cutter to join a highly successful women’s young fashion supplier where you will be responsible for digitising patterns, creating accurate first patterns and executing fit comments demonstrating a flair for young fashion and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Customers include ASOS, Topshop, River Island and Warehouse.
The Head Gerber Pattern Cutter is responsible for ensuring the sample room works efficiently and productively, and that product quality is of the highest standard. The role manages a team of 2 full time seamstresses, 1 Gerber/Flat Pattern Cutter and several regular Freelance Pattern Cutters and Interns.
The successful candidate will be proficient in both Gerber and flat pattern cutting with exceptional technical ability specialising in Women’s Runway RTW working across a commercial and creative runway collection.
The Head of Collection is responsible for the running of the workroom, reporting into the Creative Director for the demi-couture and RTW collections and the CEO for operational activities. The role focuses on the creation of samples and bespoke orders working with a wide variety of fabrics and finishes requiring expertise in recommending the best construction methods, consistency in fit standards and exquisite execution of production, (atelier and external). The role will manage an atelier team of around 10 with responsibility for executing the critical path and budget. An essential part of the role will be to ensure fit comments are noted and relayed accurately throughout the sampling process.
The successful Head of Collection will have strong technical expertise in Demi-Couture and Women’s Ready-To-Wear. Thorough knowledge of a wide range of luxury fabrics and finishes, garment construction, print and embellishment techniques is also essential along with a proven track record in successfully managing a workroom budget, workflow and team. The ability to lead and maintain a positive work culture is essential.
As Merchandiser you will be working closely with the Sales Manager on a double digit turnover womenswear account ensuring PP samples and customer orders are processed accurately and production adheres to the critical path. Product categories are woven and jersey soft separates. The role is working for one of the UK’s largest multi-product clothing suppliers and the ideal Merchandiser will have a minimum 4 year’s supplier based experience.
As Personal & Press Assistant to the creative director, you will be responsible for diary management, personal and press correspondence, sample movement, travel arrangements and general, day to day business administration. This entry level role is ideally suited to a recent PR, Marketing or Luxury Goods fashion graduate. An informed understanding of global luxury fashion, (Runway and RTW) combined with superb organisation and people skills will be essential.
As PA to the CEO, you will be responsible for diary management, personal and business correspondence, travel arrangements and general, day to day business administration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, accurate, great at coordinating schedules and skilled at multi-tasking. Confidence, charisma and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
As Product Developer you will be working closely with the design team partnering with global factories to develop the Women’s RTW collection from initial concept through to production hand over. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience involving women’s soft separates working in a similar role for a contemporary or luxury Womenswear brand.
The Sales Associate will be working in a team of seven supporting the store in achieving commercial performance goals including individual and store sales targets; to be a brand ambassador and represent brand value to customers and colleagues. The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury or contemporary fashion, demonstrating exceptional clienteling skills, achievement of team and store targets and objectives, leading by example and actively contributing to a positive team culture of cooperation, proactivity and results.
The Supervisor will be working in a team of seven supporting the store in achieving commercial performance goals including individual and store sales targets; to be a brand ambassador and represent brand value to customers and colleagues. Daily floor supervision of sales team ensuring a first-class customer experience, driving sales and providing on the spot performance coaching to drive the overall brand experience.
The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury or contemporary fashion, demonstrating exceptional clienteling skills, achievement of team and store targets and objectives, leading by example and actively contributing to a positive team culture of cooperation, proactivity and results.
The Fabric and Trim Development team work closely with Design and Product Development to realise the creative vision for each collection each season. As Trim Developer for Runway you will be involved in all aspects of research and development, working closely with internal and external partners to ensure developments are in line with the Critical Path and business strategies. The successful candidate will have around 3-4 years’ experience in Raw Material Trim development, preferably within a luxury runway brand.
The Wholesale Sales Manager is responsible for developing the wholesale business and strategy for an inspiring collective of contemporary luxury womenswear working with major department stores and boutiques in the UK, Ireland and international market. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in contemporary or luxury womenswear with a proven track record in achieving year on year growth.
