The Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator is a role that liaises between clients and suppliers to fulfil mannequin orders for global fashion companies coordinating with the Hong Kong shipping department and offices in the US and HK. Here in London you will be working in a team of six in a one-person department which interfaces across the business. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 4 years office admin experience, a natural aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail and be a charismatic people person who thrives in a client facing role.

The collections comprise ethically and sustainably sourced, elevated men’s and women’s casualwear promoting engineered fabrics, architectural shapes and sharp lines.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role for a contemporary or luxury fashion brand. Key attributes will include; excellent numeracy, meticulous attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, excellent organisation and effective multi-tasking abilities.
As Senior Knitwear Designer you will be responsible for the design and development of a balanced jersey and knitwear collection for the women’s mainline working from initial research through to final sample. The collections drop monthly across all channels and the focus of the role is to inject newness whilst refreshing best sellers.The ideal designer will have around 5 years’ experience combining premium high street with contemporary or luxury fashion to include range planning, margin awareness and experience working with Far East factories and yarns. The objective is to create fashion forward innovative commercial collections.
